Booking

Bookings are first come, first serve. You may book a mini session through my booking page, and contact me via this site, text message, Facebook or Instagram for all other bookings. Retainer is collected via Venmo or Zelle once booking request is accepted. Booking fee is non-refundable and required to hold your reservation on my calendar. Your reservation will be final only after retainer is received and contract is signed. Remaining balance is due on date of reservation, prior to start of session via cash, Venmo or Zelle.

Client is responsible for all costs associated with additional travel, venue and admissions fees.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours prior to your session will require full payment at time of cancellation. Cancellations in advance of the 24 hour window will allow for the option to transfer booking retainer to a new date within 3 months of canceled session. 

Cancellations by photographer due to weather restrictions, emergency situations or any other unforeseen circumstances out of photographer's control will result in option for client to reschedule session or request refund of booking fee. 

Retainers are non-transferable due to rain or inclement weather if rain date is listed in booking description. Client is expected to be available for session on both initial session date/time and rain date/time. 

Copyright & Reproduction

Touch of Diamondz Photography retains all copyrights to images created during client's session. Images are not to be altered, edited or adjusted in any way, shape or form.

Liability

Clients are aware that Touch of Diamondz Photography is not responsible for the quality/color/resolution/distortion of photos printed through a personally chosen lab and is therefore cleared from any liability or potential claims against quality of images. 

If photographer cannot fulfill this contract due to fire, other casualty, illness, emergency or any other reason beyond photographer's control, then Touch of Diamondz Photography shall return any retainer/booking fee to client with no further liability pertaining to contract.

Touch of Diamondz Photography is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Clients will be responsible for themselves and their children, releasing photographer from any claims against her person or business.
